I need a recommendation for a good hotel in the city center ring. I'd like to pay under $200 and it must have free internet in the room and breakfast included in the price. thanks!

There are many hotels near to the Ring: however these are those that come to my mind first: Radisson, The Meridien, Marriot. I am pretty sure the price doesn't include breakfast. You certainly can add 18 Euros + to the price if you want to enjoy the breakfast buffet they offer.

in summertime, vienna is pretty full with tourists and the
hotels are fully booked mostly and prices are higher than
at other times. my personal recommendation is that you
go either to the second or third district of vienna, prices are
cheaper there and you are in walking distance from city center.
look it up in the hotel directory of vienna on google.
