How do you collect tickets if you bought a mozart concert @ mirabell palace (salzburg) - online? |
The website was most uninformative. http://www.salzburger-schlosskonzerte.at/en/index.htm
I am wondering if I just have to show the printout of my payment before the concert to be let in? Or do I have to collect tickets somewhere?

I went to the web site you used to book the tickets, and it has an info e-mail address. I would suggest e-mailing them to ask the question you asked here. Even someone who has previously booked such concerts by e-mail might accidentally mislead you if the booking was through a different booking service. Best to go to the source. |

normally you can pick up the tickets directly at the concert but i also think that it will be the easiest way to ask...
