Yes, you probably will need a visa to visit these countries. You would be best to visit each country's embassy website (listed below). For example, the British Embassy tells you if you need a visa based on your nationality and where you are currently living and gives you the instructions you need to get a visa.
UK - yes
Netherlands - yes
Germany - yes
Czech Republic - yes

It also looks like if you apply for a short-term visa for up to 90 days is a so called „Schengen visa“ - it is valid for: Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Norway (look at German embassy)

Try to find a website of embassies those countries in Thailand and ask them.
I guess you have to get visa before going there. Good luck!
