It's rainy and cold, however, look at the bright side: it's very unlikely to snow! I doubt that you can dance Salsa or Meringue in many places in Vienna, but I'm sure there are some, I'd just ask in Vienna at a tourist office, or something. In Austria most people do speak English as their second language and study it starting in fifth grade. Then come the third languages, however, when I went to school we could not find a single one which taught Spanish. While I am sure there are a few Spanish Speakers, I doubt there are many. |

Cold, and rapidly getting more so. Prepare for cold weather, and be pleasantly surprised if you don't need that second sweater after all.
Most people have a passing knowledge of English here in Austria, yes, while Spanish is much rarer. |
