Summer Holiday in Austria?

I am planning my summer holiday in Austria I hear Lofer is a great family place to go, but I need a Austrian Chalet that can sleep upto 18 people does anybody have any recommendation for good chalet hire in Austria.

interhome are probably your best bet they do everthing from sharing with an austrian family upto renting a scloss

i found nothing directly in lofer, but i'm sure there are other locations where it is ideal for family holidays (like mariapfarr im Lungau - also situated in Salzburg)

Hi, Lofer a great holiday destination for kids, we went skiing there, 2 adult and 2 kids ski passes are only €66 euros cheap or what! this year we booked our austria holiday chalet on: http://www.austriachalet.net

We've done our big family thing in Schladming, at a very nice apartment house aprox. 30min from Salzburg Airport. There is 12 apartments in total ranging from studio to two bedrooms, big enough so we were not in each others way, but small enough for that home away from home feeling...
In summer they have very good rates with summer card included in the price which gives you the access to a wide range of activities free of charge, and as the winter is their busiest time we ended up having a whole place for our selves ...
