Vienna via bratislava? |
I'm planning to go from Prague to Vienna with sky europe. However, on the requested days, sky europe fly to Bratislava instead of Vienna. Is it okay? or it's better to take train??
If i have a Vienna card, can it be used for travelling between Bratislava and Vienna?? |

It is ok that they fly to Bratislava since train trips from Bratislava to Vienna are cheap. Many people who go from Prague to Vienna by train choose to go via Bratislava to save money.
So check out going by train to Bratislava or Vienna, with transfer to and from the airports taking the train might be faster. Train fare from Prague to Vienna by train should be about 45 EUR direct, travel time around 4-5 hrs.
Travel time from Bratislava city centre to Vienna is roughly 1-2 hrs, don't know how much it is going to cost you to get from Bratislava Airport to Vienna. |

The other answer is very good. I just want to tell you not to worry about it because you didn't get another answer. It's correct. One thing I might add it that it is possible to go from Bratislava to Vienna by Danube ship. If you like that as an alternative, check it out.
You asked about "Vienna card" -- I don't know much about it, but Bratislava is in another country, so I don't think it would work. |
