I've just tried to look up how to book a sleigh ride unfortunately without success, but generally it shouldn't be a problem to book it on location, just ask at the tourist information.
The beer prices should be about 3,5-4€ for half a liter - but of course it depends if you want to a pub or a disco. If you are traveling on low budget I can warmly recommend buying drinks in Supermarkets - booze is much cheaper then in shops in the UK (a bottle of nice wine from 2€ -> less then 1,5 pound or a can of beer for 50 cent).
