Unfortunately a Dirndlkleid is going to be expensive, if you are from Vienna or not. It sounds like you are in Vienna - in which case, there is a place in the first district, I forget the name of it, off of the Graben, where the two streets Herrengasse and Freyung sort of merge.
Unless your girlfriend plans on wearing this, it really would be a hefty price to pay just to have lie around. |

these things are pricey, even for locals. depending on material quality and workmanship, prices will vary. there are some 'famous' manufacturers, who command even higher prices. but since they don't ever go "out of fashion", ten years ore more wear is expected, and twenty years are not unheard of.
average price I'd say Euro 175.- and up
