Where can I see more wildlife in Australia?

I am going to Australia and want to make it a good trip. Where can I see the wildlife. Don't just the bush... Place names... directs from and to and maybe a guide would be cool!

Do you live in Australia and are you scared of any wild animals, have you had a good bite from a top animal like a Box Jellyfish?

Also I am a vegan so I would like to know what animal free shoping is like out there!
