I'm not quite sure whether you want tickets to the horse riding show or the opera.

The Horseraces are 18-20 August in the seaside town of SanlÃºcar de Barrameda. The races take place along the beach at the mouth of the river Guadalquirir every August. The venue is free, as far as I know.
