i asked my Austrian friend online, this instant, and she says:
Yes there will be enough snow for skiing in Kitzbühel and they say the chances are high for white Christmas in Austria
Have fun.
Oh - and having seen the opposite answer above, I checked again, and the additional answer is:
the mountains in Kitzbühel are high enough to enable people to ski - that's for sure - they are producing artificial snow
