From Sao Paulo to Santos takes around 1 hour by car (during the week days), and during the weekends a little bit more. But there are hundreds of buses from Sao Paulo to Santos (and also from Santos to Sao Paulo). You can take any bus on any time you want.

You can go by two Roads, Anchieta Road or Imigrantes Road. There is no airport in Santos. The only way to go there, is by Car or Bus. The distance is 70Km .

Go to "Rodoviária do Jabaquara" (Jabaquara´s Bus Station) and catch a bus to Santos. This Bus Station can be reached by metro (subway / underground system)
Departures every half hour from 6am to midnight, and costs around US$8 each way.
