Brazil is seriously Rich financially and resource rich it always has been that way, it is just the different social classes that are so divided when it comes to access to the wealth of the country. You can see a house with obviously fabulously wealthy occupants living right next door to a Favella with poor people. Its quite an eyeful when you do see that! |

It's one of richest countries in the world in terms of natural resources!
The management of this resources is where the problem is....
Lot's of rich people exploring it, making the most of it! And the vast majority not having access to the basics like education, health care, etc.. |

rich, rich rich!!! however, as a third world country, corrupted politicians willing to explore instead of contributing for people's well being. How can a Rich country in natural resources be rich socially speaking without decent education and health? Not possible.
Shame on the government!!! Brazil has been colonized by Portugal and not colonized but exploited. Since then, the same old behavior is seen in the congress and government in general. Exploitation.
Beautiful country and wonderful people. Dark history, bad politics, turns Brazil into a poor country. |

It's a Rich country without a doubt. It has oil, gold, industries in automobiles, aerospace. etc... Big metropolises with sky scrapers and modern. BUT the government is reallllly corrupt and miss-manages a lot of the wealth. Basically the poorer become poorer and the richer become richer and education isn't available to everyone. Everywhere in the world has it's ups and downs right? Other than that it's a beautiful country and very diverse people and cultures like the US. |

... a country that can "afford" to be a continental- no, a world dynamo, despite losing 1100U$ p/capita (200mi inhabs.) p/month to corruption, is indeed filthy rich.
Hence: 3% of the population hold 85% of the produce, the remaining 97% share the crumby 15%. |

My country is in development. We can not classified being rich or poor. Brazil has Sao Paulo that is the fifthy biggest city in the world. America enjoys in a better economy than Brazil, there is necessary to invest a lot in education or be a lucky guy, receiving a good salary and raise family. If there in Brazil had the same economy that US has we woul be the richest country in the world, usually the brazilians work and study too much. |

Você que só tem 15 anos talvez não conheça o Brasil como eu conheço, e posso e dizer nós temos uma grande desigualdade social. O paÃs tem recursos naturais, porém a riqueza é mal distribuÃda. |
