curiosity, the flag has a number of starts representing the states of the union, all bu one bellow the banner "ordem e progresso"...
meaning all the capitals of the states in Brazil are bellow the equator line but one (Macapá), which is above the equator.
it means "Order and Progress", the 2 things we lack in Brazil.
