It´s really really hard to translate because there are many words that don´t exist in the english language and the references are very local.

I could try to translate and the result would probably be similar to the one tahta has already been given above... but the truth is that the translation could never trasmit to you what the song says for you have to see it for yourself...

Hi, this song is called Magalenha, from a '90's Sergio Mendes album called 'Brasileiro'. Carlinhos Brown wrote it & is the singer.
Magalenha is the name of a girl & its saying 'Come Magalenha, and bring wood to build the fire. Today is a day of sun. happiness is a hug & that's my duty this summer!'
or something like that..its not exact, but I've been given a couple of varying translations.
