Correct format to call a chick in brazil I met! please help!!!!!!?

I met the most beautiful girl in the world while on vacation in Sint Maarten. She is from Sao Paulo Brazil. If I'm living in Ohio, USA and the only number she coul dgive me was her area code plus phone number. I will change it up simply because this is the internet. But lets say she gave me an area code of 11 for Sao Paulo and then her number was 84312126 So the number she gave me would be 11*84312126. And the country code is 55 for Brazil so how would I properly dial this number to call her? Thank you so much!!!!!!!
