i hear that items from the USA are much more expensive when sold in brazil, and then their stuff sells for alot of money here, too. i order from brazil online and its WAY cheaper. why don't u wear their designer stuff tho?? There s a clothing line there called @bsoluta and its soooo expensive, its kind of what celebrities wear. but they dont have a store in Rio |

Yes, they do, but they're very expensive. For example, a small Guess bag would cost about 600 - 800 Reals, because it costs a lot to import it. But I guess you'll be fine if you have enough money. |

Here in São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro city you find everything that you buy in USA except for peanut butter, regarding clothes also finds everything, but has a detail the American clothes don't adapt well to the climate of Rio de Janeiro, when you arrives here you will see that it is better buy Brazilian clothes appropriate for our climate. |

We have a whole lot of brands that you can find in the USA and Europe. I live in the capital. The brands we don't have that I can think of in this moment is GAP... Hm... can't think of any other right now. But we have (sorry for any spelling mistakes ) Lacost, H Stern, Tommy Hilfigure, Dior, Lancome, Mont Blanc, Calvin Kline, Zara, Levis, Polo, Nike, Adidas, Aesics, Rebock, LE LIS BLANC DEUX, Oakley... Well, these are just a few. You get the picture? But you'll be surprised at how awsome some Brazilian brands are. You'll like it here, don't worry. ;-) |
