I LOVE Brazil!!!!! I spent a year there as an exchange student. The Brazilians are the most wonderful, caring people that you will ever meet. I stayed in the state of Bahia, the beaches there are amazing! I also traveled to Brasilia, sao paulo, curitiba, foz do iguacu, goiana, florianopolis, etc. I really want to go back. :/ |

hei Miss le'mary!
What's up???
I worked in Brazil for 3 years in a city called Rio de Janeiro, and girl what a wonderful place...
Actually i was there for in 3 days visiting almost the hole country, but the best for me is Rio. Brazil have a really interesting mojo you know, the people is wonderfully warm and welcoming, each state have your own personality, i guess beacuse the country received migrations of diferrent places in world, is really funny you can see mix of every culture, race and spelling in world, and stunning nature beaties...
like the beaches, forest, rivers, animals, is simply amazing.
If you ever have a chance to know this country i really recommend you to visit... is a paradise, specially during the summer. A good tip that i can give is to go by an agency, cause you can let them take care about the hard work like find a nice hotel, restaurant and book the best tour there so you can just relax and enjoy...
Every trip that had i use this agency: http://www.riodejaneiro-hotels.travel/
They are reliable and cheap, they have some kind of a contract with hotels and tour agencies that they always offer the best price in market... really good.
hugs! |

Yes I know Brazil very well. The coastal south is more European and more efficient, last say. The coastal southeast, where Sao Paulo and Rio are, is more industrial and fast paced. It is more modern and populated. The coastal northeast is very tropical and a very nice place to visit - very beautiful and slow paced.
The heart of Brazil, or outback is not for the faint of heart, as it is untamed, especially the highland.
The people of Brazil are very loving and caring. You will like living in Brazil if you bring with you the economical means to do so, as jobs are hard to find. |
