I disagree with Venezuela, those Miss Universe were all plastic surgery enhanced (it's not a secret!).
Brasil, especially Rio de Janeiro is a place where hedonism rule. That means that the people worship their bodies and they spend a lot of time in the beach (gorgeous weather all year long!) sun bathing and playing volleyball. Therefore you see tons of gorgeous women all around. Have they the hottest girsl in South America? I dont know but it's quite hard for other girls in colder countries in South America to look sexy when they have a jacket and scarf on them instead of a tiny bikini at the beach all year long!!

In my opinion you can find some very attractive girls in CearÃ¡ (well, Fortaleza and beaches of the northeast) and Minas Gerais, but the best state is probably somewhere like Santa Catarina

depends on your taste too.. if you like the native Indian influence, ParÃ¡ is your place. If you like a bit of African flavour, then BahÃa. If you prefer a truly intercontinental mix of many nationalities, SÃ£o Paulo has girls of mixed origin that you'd never imagine!

But Colombianas are also very attractive, and friendly too

Me personally? I love me some Brasileiras, but have seen some pretty fine Argentine girls, too. And what about Shakira, man? That right there should tell you a little something about Colombian honeys!! Don't have too much to go on with Venezuelans, but will start the research soon...
