Does anyone know the location of Cachoeira do Aracá (waterfall)....? |
in Brazil? It is allegedly 1200 feet (365 meters) tall or high, near Serro do Aracá, Amazonas. Latitude/Longitude would be great, something I can use in GoogleEarth.

Additional Details
It appears that the Mt.Roraima connection is not valid, as the Brazilian corner of that tepui is in the extreme northeast of Roraima state/province. Cachoeira do Aracá and the Parque Estadual Serra do Aracá are identified as being in Amazonas state/province, which at its nearest point, could be described as being 270 miles away from Mt. Roraima. |

I found a pertinent page at traveljournals.net by googling: waterfall Aracá coordinates. They note, "Maps and coordinates for Cachoeira do Araca, Amazonas, Brazil are approximative and not valid for navigation" -- in case you were thinking of setting out, amigo. |
