It does snow in Brazil every year, but it´s only few inches/centimeters, and only for few hours at few days...it´s not common, but it does happens.
The best places to experience snow in Brazil are the mountains of south region, in the State of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, in winter time, of course.

As per the last two answers, usually in the south of Brazil and then it's only a dusting, not even an inch and even then it's fairly rare. This year's winter has been extreme by Brazilian standards so there was snow in the south and and there was even some snow in the mountains behind Rio de Janeiro. It's common to see frost in those areas but it's the first time I've ever heard of snow there.
