Well.. a lot of offshore tourists don't enjoy a lot, because...
First: they go to the places in the publicity, in the postcards. Those are the last places you should go. there are many better places out of postcards. the common places just are not SO safety and they are not the nicest places here.
(some big attractions are good, but not all)
Second: When somebody comes, in the first time, it is good knowing a brazilian friend to guide you.. Here has not that structure to receive foreign tourists yet.
