For this year they're sold out. I was reading on a Brazilian paper that they opened the phone lines to sell them and they were all gone within 20 minutes.
I am sure you can still find some legitimate sources to buy them from but unfortunately I don't know of any right now. As I find out, I'll reply to this question again.
