fly!!! do not even think about taking a bus or a car... you should watch the movie turistas... you will never want to take a bus in brazil haha

plus there are very poor and dangerous areas in brazil that you do not want to drive through. everyone i have known in brazil says flying is the only way to go.

GLN
you take a domestic flight! From Sao Paulo to Cuiaba will take around 2 hours flying...not sure if there are direct flights as I'm living abroad for a long time now. Try TAM airlines (www.tam.com.br) or GOL airlines (www.voegol.com.br). In both cases you can check prices, flight schedules, etc...I believe there is an English page that you select (the little flag somewhere in the page)...Good luck!

Agree with him, Tam or Gol.
Dont even think about Buses or Trains. There are not many trains in Brazil and the bus/road service is not good.
Not to mention the distances are huge.
From my own experience, usually Gol is cheaper. Tam usually on time.

By plane or bus. If you decide to go by bus, just go to the Rodoviaria Tiete (Metro Tiete) to buy your ticket or get information.
