You says:
Eu quero mais duas caipirinhas, uma para mim e uma para minha amiga Michelle.
If "goodfriend" means girlfriend you should say "namorada".
If you want some ice too, ask for "gelo", that means ice...Like this...
Coloque gelo também = Put ice 2... |

" Por favor, eu quero mais duas caipirinhas. Uma para mim e outra para minha namorada Michelle".
I've just added "Por favor", that it means Please.
