How many people like brazilians ?

I've met a lot of Brazilians here in the US and to tell you the truth (I am just being honest here)...I think they are very superficial. The women just talk about clothes and guys...and the guys just talk about women and stuff.
Than I also heard them make a lot of comments about the US and Americans...and my feelings are...if they don't like this country, why are they here?
But then again, last year I went to southern Brazil for 3 weeks vacation with some friends and I had a lot of fun and met some really nice people, who were not like that at all. I even made friends with a girl who is coming to visit me later this year.
Perhaps its because of the type of people who will immigrate to the US are different than the people that stay behind!?!? I am not saying you are like that at all, just giving you my personal opinion since you asked.

I'd love to hear more about your country and your feelings on this.

I am Brazilian also, and have not experienced any kind of discrimination because of my nationality. There are people that will like you and people that won't, but I don't believe anyone really dislikes you because of you being brazilian.
I have been living in the US for over 35 years and so basically, I am more american than brazilian, and I happen to love the way brazilian people are, and how they live and enjoy their life, so to answer your question....I like you because you are brasileiro, how about that?

Brazilians are very easy going and therefore are beloved by most of the world.
It would be difficult to answer who does not like Brazilians!

Truthfully, I've never met anyone from Brazil before.
I don't know why anyone would dislike you because of your nationality.
Do you treat everyone you meet with courtesy, interest and respect?
If so then that is how you should be regarded in return.
That's all I have to contribute.

Even though I am currently in the process of divorcing my Brazilian wife, I have no problem with Brazilians. In fact if I was to meet another Brazilian woman, I wouldn't have any problem dating her just because of what happened with my soon to be ex...I find Brazilians to be a very hard working people when they come here to the USA. And like another writer said--your BBQ's are awesome. Love going to Brazilian restaurants.

I live in the Brazillian community of Georgetown, Guyana, no probs
I have met loads of Brazillian in Lethem and across the Border in Boa Vista, most been great people. of course there are bad people, some of the prostitutes that come here are not nice in looks or attitude (there are a lot here in Guyana, you cant escape them) and some violent people are around (esp in illegal mining areas). but my general impression is that Brazillians are cool people.
BTW your BBQs are fantastic

Maybe it is just you, or maybe it is because alot of Brazilians will stab you in the back when you're not looking. Yes, I speak from experience.

I like Brasilians, except for my ex. I wouldn't date a Brasilian any time soon, but I still love the people.
