Go to Fernando de Noronha Island. or
Iguassu Falls
Pantanal South
Ouro Preto
Parati
Lençóis Maranhenses
Well at least one of those places...

I recommend you go to a AAA, and pick up their travel guides, or go to a book store and pick up a book that helps you tour Brazil.

San
you could go by bus or by car, but it would be crazy, since the trip takes a long time.

since you want to go to Bahia, you should visit Pelourinho (in Salvador, the capital of that state) that is a cool place there, full of culture!
you could also go to a city called Porto Seguro, it is also in the state of Bahia, there is a street called Passarela do álcool, there are a lot of stands there with crafts, drinks and people dancing capoeira.

Have a great trip!

Paraty City is great - no cars (only burro-drawn carts and foot traffic on the centuries-old cobblestone streets). It has lots of shops and galleries and some very delicious restaurants. Try Simon's for a nice dinner. In Sao Paulo, visit the Jardins (gardens) District. It's filled with high-end boutiques and galleries. Also, the port town of Angras doe Reis (not sure about that spelling, but it translates to Bay of Kings) is a great place to charter a boat for snorkeling trips to the out islands. The most important thing is to be smart & aware and stay safe!!!
