Normally to mail a package out of the country it takes a while for it to get there. Think of all the different customs agents it goes through, all the security checkpoints, and then the mail man figuring out were it belongs. Just be a little more patient with the mail system, it will get there.

It'll get there eventually. I send things to Sao Paulo and it can take over a month....but it never fails to get there.
