Ecuador is beautiful but there has been some political unrest there recently. Columbia is probably best to avoid. Argentina is incredible (mountains). Chile is great too. Be wary in South America. There are places you definately should avoid. Consult the U.S. State Dept. for advisories before you travel anywhere outside the country. |
