Brazilian women love to flurt. Find some sidewalk cafe along the beach and spend all day/night watching the sites (i.e. Ave. Atlantica in Copa). As for Help, it's a place that every tourist needs to visit once and not return to. Beware though, the women at Help are after only one thing--money. Please don't take a woman out of Help or pay the cover charge to take one in either.
