San
basically every city has a carnaval parade.
the huge one happens in Rio de Janeiro, and also in São Paulo.
in the northeast (cities like Olinda and Salvador for example) there is a different kind of carnaval where people follow the big trucks with a famous singer on top (those trucks are called trios elétricos) for many and many kilometers, dancing and having fun.
Carnaval is a lot of fun in Brazil.
=)

The Brazilian Carnival (Portuguese: Carnaval) is an annual celebration in Brazil held forty days before Easter and marking the start of Lent...

The modern Brazilian Carnival finds its roots in Rio de Janeiro in the 1830s, when the city’s bourgeoisie imported the practice of holding balls and masquerade parties from Paris. It originally mimicked the European form of the festival, over time acquiring elements derived from African and Amerindian cultures.
