Reason I ask I work in the travel industry and notice that the Brasilans that arrive from Brasil are heading to this city, now their are not alot just time to time. Is their some kind of school or program for them in Santa Barbara, Ca that they benefit from?
Yes there is! If you have a google account enter Orkut and search for Santa Barbara. You'll see quite a group there (specifically dedicated to the city)! Ask the group what brings them to the city ;)
