Its possible to travel by bus since porto seguro to recife? ?

Yes, it's possible. But you'll need to stop in Salvador Bus Station and change bus (which would be such like an scale in a Flight).

First part - PORTO SEGURO TO SALVADOR

The prices you'll find at the companies website. But, If I were you, I'd consider to go by airplane.
