Laws in Brazil......?

I need to know what some of the laws are in brazil. I dont mean like women's rights and things like that, i mean rules such as like "you're not allowed to do this.." and whatever.. just because i am going on a vaction there soon and I was told that i should be up on all the laws that are enforced before going and doing something illegal without knowing it. I have been looking on sites, and i can't understand anything they are saying and they aren't very straight forward. If someone knows alot of them and could just tell me, that would be great.

Don´t worry so much. Just don´t take any drugs, it isn´t allowed. Drinking and driving (even a beer) is totally illegal too, you can be arrest for driving drunk.

Sorry, I do not speak English well, I am Brazilian.

first - actions racists are crimes punished with 13 years of chain without right to payment of bail.

second - the money belongs to the government to destroy, or to damage bills of money gives 5 years of chain.

third - Prostitution in Brazil is not crime, But, ask somebody to call a prostitute or Mixe (masculine) it is crime (it is considered to negotiate the prostitution).

fourth - to Sell alcoholic drink or cigarette for people with less than 18 years of old is crime.

fifth - to discriminate couples of the same sex (gays) it is crime. But couple of the same sex should avoid kisses in public is considered offensive (it is not crime).

sixth - to drive after drinking any amount of alcoholic drink is crime.

seventh - to Walk nude in public road is attempted violent of shame.

eighth - to do sex with child (pedophilia) it is crime without right to payment of bail.

ninth - Bring to Brazil electronic apparels (lap top for example) and you don't declare it to the customs is crime.

tenth - Bring money to Brazil and don't declare it to the customs is crime.

I think it is alone that you should know the rest is common sense.

I forgot to say that it is forbidden to smoke at restaurant, bar, markets and the government's buildings.

I have been there 3 times in the rio de janerio area.
Most Laws are not enforced so much outside the big cites.
Some examples:
Obvious under 18's drinking in pubs and bars
Driving through red lights if looks safe, not stopping completely at stop signs.
You can wear a VERY small bikini but if you go topless your in trouble unless in a nudist beach lol

Just use your common sense really.
And just some pointers would be:
Don't speak Loud english in some areas
Don't have valuable items or money on show
Avoid walking alone at night

Nearly all Brazilians are friendly and very welcoming. You will make some good friends and have a great time!
