You can try:

Pinga / Cachaça (cachassa). It's a strong alcoholic beverage.

Havaianas, sandals.

Brazillian soccer team t-shirt.

they are best known for their slowly being destroyed Amazon Jungle,but I suppose they are also know for their fantastic people.
There is so much that is wonderful about Brazil,in so far as what you can buy,well almost anything you could/can in the states-but cheaper,and oodles of things only found there.
I can never get enough of their cashew juice,guava,interesting things their street vender's offer,and especially their fruit/vegetable markets.

rosewood 12 string guitars many hand crafted musical instruments. some thigns you must buy and eat but they cannot let that kind of things out of the country.. exotic plantys are nice but again they cant go out of country this is why i say a musical instrument they have wonderful rosewood pieces.
