Beautiful beaches, the Amazon jungle, Rio de Janiero, Sao Paulo, friendly people and Caipirinhas. Also Sugarloaf mountain in Rio where Jesus is.

Bossa Nova music, the Portuguese language, coffee plantations, favelas, the movie Fitzcarraldo (where he builds an opera house in the Brazilian interior during the 19th Century), the rainforest, snakes, toucans, Rio De Janiero, Samba dance, Afro-Brazilian religious practises like Candomble (I'm thinking of the black women wearing all white and leaving sacrifices on the beach for Yemaya, goddess of the sea on New Years Eve), Capoeira, carnival, sugarloaf mountain, the large statue of Christ overlooking Rio, soccer, the Amazon River.

The beach, the sun, carnival, colors, green, purple and sparkling blue. I also think of people of mix heritage, rhythms, dancing, smiles, Christ the Redeemer, soccer and the Amazon. Hope that helps!
