It is absolutely a beautiful country with more natural beauty than you can imagine, great beaches, great music, super friendly people but unfortunately economy is terrible, unemployment is very high, therefore crime rates are high, a lot of poor people but I have never met happier people, they always have a smile on their faces and a song in their hearts. |

I think it is a beautiful country. The people are kind and as helpful as they can be. The beaches are FABULOUS!!!
I spent 3 months there and didn't run into any trouble as far as crime goes... I know a few people who were mugged but it was partially their fault for doing what they know they shouldn't do. |

All places have their positive and negative points, but saying about Brazil I remember just good ones. Brazil is a unique country with reach culture, nature diversity, splendid landscapes, but the most treasure of Brazil is people who live there!!!! They are the most hospitable people, friendly and ready to help whenever you need their help. They don't measure efforts to take care of all people who come to visit their country. |

I love it! In 1992, I spent 3 months in Rio de Janeiro, adopting my daughter. Liked the city, loved the people, enjoyed the food, beaches, etc. A part of my heart will always be with the country that gave me my wonderful daugher.
