Well... I'm brazilian as well, but I was born in Rio de Janeiro and I need to say... The best "nickname" to describe this place is: "Paradise" in all of the meanings... If you want you can find nice, helpful and happy people, wonderful places, perfect weather... But, obviously, anything in this world is perfect... and sometimes is quite dangerous to go to some places there... But if you take care about your stuff and pay attention where are you going... You'll have unforgettable moments there... |

I am brazilian and live near the Rio de Janeiro.
My city is São Paulo the best city of Brazil with 20 milions of people. Rio de Janeiro no good now! Have many problems with the security, dont go there is bether you happy here, go to other city but no Rio because is dangerous to your security person.
One very good travel in Brazil . Go to central of country to nature, Amazon is good too, the south is very similar with Europe.
Have big problems in the Rio de Janeiro and the northest of Brazil, Bahia dont go there. Okay. All year I go to UK and my daugter live in London. Good travel. Thanks |
