It's not rainy since it's the driest season of the year. You can go to the beach, but it's usually cold (around 25 Celsius) during the day and windy.

I would say it is a little cold and windy.
you could go to the beach if you want to... the weather in Brazil can change very fast, so it is possible that you can get a warm day...

well when its summer here its winter there.. so if u go in December than u could go swimming. unless u like the cold. the beaches are beautiful
