When its 10AM in Miami, its 13.00 or 1PM in BrasÃlia (Rio and São Paulo too) now beginning of February.
But note that Brazil has three time zones and only the southern states use the daylight saving time.
This means that Fortaleza (in the Northeast) for example is in the same time zone than BrasÃlia, but is only Miami +2 because they don't use daylight saving time.
Manaus in the Amazon is BrasÃlia -1h without dayl. sav. time so Manaus is Miami +1.
The Brazilian reference time of BrasÃlia will now change (to winter time) 24th of February until 20th of octobre to GMT -3, so Miami +2.
Complicated?? Hehe, in Brazil things are always a little bit different ;)
