Not humid, thats for sure.
Gets humid in December and January, since it rains every day around 6pm. During the year is warm and dry.
Between the months of winter (June/July/August) it gets really hot during the day (I know, weird), but nice in the evenings, but the humity drops very low, I remember being there with 11% humidity, thats dryier than the Sahara.
Its terrible, my nose was bleeding.
