In Bahia state have bealtiful cities to visit. Porto Seguro, Ilheus , Itabuna.
But, the bus line Rio x Salvador, driving a long distance from this cities.
It´s necessary to take a bus to Porto Seguro from Rio de Janeiro and after continue the trip ultil the Salvador.
Some Rent a Car company, you can to take a Car in Rio and leave in Salvador. It´s not necessary to return to Rio.
