Fortaleza is great. Forget about Rio and Sao Paolo. Those places are too big and dangerous. You'll find all you need in Fortaleza. And for a cheaper price. And yes, the women are beautiful. Forro music is rampantly contagious. People are insanely nice. And you won't find many american tourists if any at all. Serious. There are mostly European tourists there. It's a great place to practice portuguese because barely anyone speaks english there. Good luck.
