Because Rio Grande do Sul has a larger percentage of White people than the rest of Brazil,many people there are German descendants and have blond hair and blue eyes.This state also has a slight better life quality than the rest of Brazil.

Every state in Brazil is unique and my state,Minas Gerais,isn't like the rest of Brazil for example.

Rio grande do sul is different because of a couple things: the people, the majority of them are of european descent while the minority is mixed race, black,asian, or middle eastern compared to the european descent being the minirity in most brazilian states, the climate is much colder and more continetal than any other state in brazil. Winter can get pretty chilly in Porto Alegre compared to SP, and Rio., the fact that rio grande do sul has soo many european's also gives the state a very european culture which is diff to other states in brazil.

but despite all the difference Rio Grande do Sul is beatiful and is def worth visting
