I was in Brazil in August, 2002 when it hit 4:1 during the day. There is no best time of year. It is unlikely that it will go much higher, but I inagine 1.80 is possible. i was shocked when it got above 2.40 last year. I have to believe it will be between 2.0 and 2.1 some time by december. I have 300 reais I bough t at 2.20, i thought I'd lose money. I made a bit funnil enough
