A person living in Canada could be a number of things.They could be a farmer, miner, lawyer, teacher nurse doctor or unemployed..they do not have to be a Canadian just because they are living her right now. They could be working here temporarily, they could be a student. They could be married to a Canadian and living with their spouse in Canada.
