its a great place. a lot of residency. people are really nice here. downtown isn't as extravagant as other big cities, but it is beautiful and right next to the river. even though sacramento has a lot of people, it's quiet and calm. the parks and tres are nice, and traffic is somewhat gruesome in rush hour. i suggest you move here....its typically safe unless you live in the ghetto, and kids enjoy the weather a lot.
