Any suggestions on campgrounds near Toronto Canada? any ideas on coupons for local attractions? zoo? ect?

our trip will be late August early September, any ideas on what to see? 2 adults 5 kids (not all are ours) lol. We are going for a homeschooling feild trip, so educational fun (not boring please) would be amazing, but also just plain fun works too! Thanks in advance!

Check out the KOA Kampgrounds website @ http://www.koacanada.com/

They also have info about attractions coupons available from their Kampgrounds near Toronto. For more coupons, visit your local Shoppers Drug Mart - they have coupon books available right now.

We like to camp at Milton, just 1/2 hour from Toronto, here's the site www.miltonhgtscampgrd.com. Small town camping near enough to the city to take in all of the events. We took our kids to the Science Centre, Royal Ontario Museum, Ontario Place, and Toronto Centre Island. All educational and fun, fun, fun! Our 10 and 7 year old vote for Ontario Place for fun (I loved it too, very parent friendly!!) here's their website www.ontarioplace.com Have fun!! The campsite office had an ontario funbook filled with coupons too!

There is a campground right in toronto city limits near the Zoo, i believe it is off Kingston road or sheppard ave. there is Darlington Prov Park to the east, there is milton heights to the west. Go to the Ontario Science center ( both educational and fun ), the zoo, ontario place and the Royal ontario Museum, all have educational value and fun

The best place to look for this type of coupons is SearchAllDeals. Just start with a search term like "Toronto coupons." Here is a direct link to the search results:

i have just returned from canada and i must say what a beautiful country to visit. its so good we have decided to move there from scotland, uk. regarding your question on camping. will you be driving? all the best camp sites are about an hours drive north of toronto. travel on hwy 400 or the 47. the facilities on these sites are second to none. each has its own private area surrounded by trees, electrical points, water and rest rooms, shops and play areas, something for everyone. there is also beaches looking over lake simcoe. the parks are surrounding the lake, so this is a must to visit. the scenery is breathtaking. you are definitely not short of things to do. that is for sure.

enjoy!

Well, in toronto they have center island, the CN tower, the rogers center, and lots of stores going down younge street. They also have china town and the cadbury chocolate factory. Let them experience the subways too. There is also ontario place. Here is a website for more fun stuff-

I would suggest Alcoquin Park or Beavermead Park In Peterborough for camping and I would suggest The African Lion Safari or the Riverdale Zoo as a great zoo. You can get coupons for all the tourist attractions at PIZZA PIZZA
