Anyone here make purchases from M&M Meat Shops?

Just wondering what you think of the quality of the foods offered from M&M Meat Shops. Do you think that the precooked, reheat from frozen products are generally healthy carried by this particular company? I buy and eats lots from there because it's less hassle to cook from scratch all the time, what do you think?

I think they provide an excellent product and certainly one of better quality than most of the frozen foods in many supermarkets. I don't use them a lot, but I do use them for special dishes when I am having several people over for a meal. I am very satisfied with their food. I think it is as healthy and nutritious as any other frozen food product. Read the labels for fat content and so on, just as you would any other product.

I love M&M's. The only thing I found I really didn't like and was disappointed with was their Chicken Tornado's. They had weird chucks of things all through them which appeared to be little pieces of fat but it wasn't. I couldn't even look at them. Had to throw them right in the garbage, and I hate wasting food. :( :(

I am also a customer of M&M Meats and have enjoyed their food for a number of years. Like anything else, take time to read the labels. With the increasing health awareness today most frozen foods have increased both in quality and nutrition. Just add a salad or some raw vegetables to any meal to give it a "health boost", just keep away from the high fat dressings.
