I don't think we are easily lumped into a category hmmmmmm
I know we aren't sadder.We are fun people sometimes, but we are very similar. The only thing I can think off is that we don't have a country that is at war so maybe our spirits are lighter. |

i do think that Canadian woman are funnier, but then again we all have a sense of humour , just different.We are a bit more outgoing and not afraid to laugh and act silly. But we do know there is a time and place for this humourous silly behaviour. |

I think Canadian women may be a little more relaxed about life than US women because they don't have the same worries - our children weren't expected to go off to a foreign country to be killed (until recent months in Afghanistan), health care is free so we have no worries about that, we have an excellent social safety net, Canada has less crime than the US, smaller population so is less congested, less traffic, etc. All these factors contribute to being more at ease with life generally. Canadian women may be less intense in some ways because we tend to be a more liberal society, while US society tends to be a bit more conservative.
HOwever, in the overall scheme of things, I don't think there are huge differences between Canadian women and US women. As a group, we all love our families and our country and want what is best for them. |
